Bay View Aerie was a great house for our family---we loved the location, size and that it felt more like a home. The highlights were the side porch where we could hear the ocean at night, the back courtyard with the grill and firepit and the back apartment so we could work from the house in a separate space. We also loved the lush gardens and all the beautiful art by Linda Norton. The tree work was very loud and disruptive, and we had to leave two of the days, but the owners were gracious to send a gift card for the inconvenience.

Excellent service! Always easy to communicate and quick response if needed.

Compass Rose is beautiful! Family friendly and my favorite feature is the dining area and screened porch!

This was our 4th year at Camden Casa and as always, truly enjoyable. I've been home 2 days and can't wait to go back next year!!!!! I don't need to be entertained, just put me on the deck with a good book and I'm good to go.

We loved Grandview! Please tell the owners they have great taste. I loved all of the interior design choices. The view of the water from the kitchen window was also beautiful.

All good! Although the lease-signing (and pet-waiver-signing) process was more "involved" than your typical VRBO of AirBnB experience, the communication from the team was very clear and the process worked smoothly. We appreciated also the detailed info provided about the whole experience, including things to do in the area and the set-up with the boat rental company.

Favorite feature was the lovely "den" off the kitchen where we spent a great deal of time talking, reading, doing a puzzle and generally enjoying the amazing view. Loved pretty much every room in the house, honestly. It's a GORGEOUS property and the cabin is just so appropriate to the setting and just the right balance of old and new. Absolutely perfect for us.

Awesome! Meg was instantly responsive. She IMMEDIATELY upgraded the weak internet. Meg and Tif replaced a problematic piece of furniture as well.

Beautiful cottage with a lovely location on Norton pond.

It was extremely easy. Everyone is very responsive and helpful. Kim came out and installed the curtains in the master bedroom and organized a plumber to come out and fix a leaking toilet.

The bedroom had no curtains and face a well traveled road. Thankfully Kim got us curtains and installed them the first few days of our stay. The downstairs toilet was leaking from the bottom and a plumber did come out to fix it but it still looked like it was leaking. The best feature was the lake view but I dont think we will stay there again since the neighbors were too loud and nosy.

They were great! Everything was laid out well and all the details were correct.

The house was so great and perfect for our group. Our favorite features were having three bathrooms and the kitchen and front porch. So nice to sit out there and watch it all. Also the location is amazing.

It is always a pleasure to do business with everyone at On The Water. When we are staying at The Inn From The Cold, our questions/problems are addressed right away. Thanks. However, I sent a pre-visit email question to [email protected]. I was asking about the status of the elevator. As it turned out, when we got there, the elevator was not working, unfortunately.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clam Cove. The house was clean and well organized. The view was spectacular. The location was perfect for us because it was private but also offered plenty of restaurants and conveniences nearby.

I have always appreciated working with the team and feel like on the water in Maine is one of the most professional organizations I have worked with.

This is our third summer renting through OTW. It has gone smoothly each time. If there were questions or concerns, they responded quickly.

Although the beginning of the week was foggy and rainy, the end of the week was so beautiful, we forgot about the beginning. We are an older couple, and Redwood Cabin was perfect in every way for us: all on one floor, a ramp to enter, low counter and stools, and an ample shower. The open concept living and kitchen are very comfortable and inviting, but the deck is wonderful. It is very near the water but quite private due to the trees on the shore. Although the dock is down very steep stairs, my husband, who has mobility issues, managed it once. The cabin is on a quiet arm of the lake, no wake zone, so boat traffic moves slowly and the lake invites swimming. Easily the best of the 3 places weve rented in the area.

The property was perfect for our family! Our favorite feature was probably the living room windows. Since we had rain for the majority of our two weeks, the windows made us feel as if we were outside as they brought in so much light! Also, the 2nd floor family room was great. Obviously, the location of the house was excellent!!

Everyone at the company was very friendly and welcoming and easy to work with. The process, explanations and instructions were easy to follow and thorough.

Seahaus was AMAZING. The house was beautifully situated on the property to enjoy the ocean views but also designed to feel like you were secluded in the Maine woods -- all the while being 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Camden. The architecture of the house and decor were thoughtfully curated and comfortable. It is difficult to pick one thing, but I would say our favorite feature were the secluded views from the house.

I did not have alot of contact with them this time around but when I have, I found them to be professional and responded very timely.

Our stay was wonderful. I love that this property provides ALL the comforts of home- great cookwear, knives, nice grill, washer & dryer, etc and the location is great.

Beautiful view of water although not accessible which was clearly described in rental. Better than a hotel with a full kitchen. All new with updated furnishings.
